Can I produce my own design?
Yes, We can support OEM/ODM. You can send me your Artwork Formats: PDF, AI, CDR, DWG, TIFF, JPG, PSD (at least 300dpi) . And all your request details including: Material, Size, Pieces, Box design. ect
What is your terms of payment?
Usually, we accept T/T,irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, Terms of payment: 30% deposit, balance to be paid before the products delivery. We'd like to suggest to use Alibaba trade assurance for contract.
How long for lead time?
It usually takes 20 to 30 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If it's fragile we will make wooden frame. And we also can pack according to your requirements.
